Membership Terms

1. Membership CommitmentAll memberships require a 12-month commitment from the date of enrollment and may be paid monthly or annually.
2. Automatic RenewalMembership renews month-to-month after the initial term unless canceled prior to renewal.
3. Benefit AccrualMembership benefits accrue over time and are not fully available immediately upon enrollment. See the accrual schedule below for details.
4. Fair UseServices must follow manufacturer recommendations and P&M Mobile Auto Repair guidelines. Excessive or abusive use may be denied.
5. Early CancellationIf canceled before the 12-month term ends, P&M Mobile Auto Repair may charge the difference between the retail value of redeemed services and the membership payments received.
6. Annual PlansAnnual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days, except where required by law.
7. Vehicle RestrictionMembership applies only to the enrolled vehicle and is non-transferable.
8. Appointment Policy24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Repeated no-shows may forfeit priority booking.
9. Payment AuthorizationMember authorizes recurring billing and any applicable early-termination or past-due charges.
10. Suspension / TerminationMembership may be suspended for failed payments, or terminated for abuse or fraud.
